checking the weather forecast for Casario has become an obsession of ours and it looks like it will be raining all week this week, at least on and off. That means there will be no construction workers coming, nor will they work anywhere else. Same goes for the guys who are putting up the scaffolding. We would have inside jobs to do but that is a whole different story.
The building site is deserted and we are on our own. This of course is a subject of big distress to us, but we are also discussing how much would get done in Sweden if people would stay home when it rains? And we don't assume that people here have contracts that give them pay even if they are staying home because of bad weather. So how do they feed themselves and their families if they don't work for a whole week in a row? questions and questions
On a positive note, we got two proposals for our bathroom from our friend Elisabeth today. Both look good and obviously have each their advantages. We will mull over them a bit.. not that we are anywhere close to going bathtub shopping.. :-) but good to be prepared..
