Friday night we treated ourselves to dinner at Ettore. He owns and runs the best restaurant in town, a small place called Trattoria del Regolo. After a full weeks work in the dust it is wonderful to be able to just sit down and get good food served and a very nice glass of wine to accompany.. Ettore has 30 different local red wines on the shelf. I am determined to try them all during our stay..
