the valley down the hill from our house is called alta val tanaro, which means the high Tanaro valley. The two peaks that are still snow covered in view from our house are the Mindino and the Antoroto. The Mindino is 1879 m above sea level and Antoroto is 2144 m high. Casario is only about 650 m above sea level.. Maybe a few hiking trips ahead later in the summer..
