the roof is getting layer after layer now. after the second layer of chestnut wood followed a layer of osb panels where noone sees it and nice larch wood panels where we will see the roof construction in the end. On top of that came a layer of microfiber, then two layers of isolation, then another layer of microfiber, and the next step will be the wooden beams that hold the tiles. Felice found old tiles to fill up the stock of our own. and we even got a hole for a window to crawl out of to do whatever scary things one might do on the roof later on..
tonight there was a thunderstorm with real hard rain so this is the first test for the roof, tomorrow morning we will go and see if there are any leaks..
