Today was the day when the water tank was filled and the solar system started. We had high expectations and once the last preparations were done we brought up the vacuum tubes and watched how they were inserted one by one.
Next move was to check the panel and see how fast the 500 l of water in the tank are warming up by the power of the sun. And watched the temperature rise..
Not that we have anything to warm yet, the floor heating will be installed the 18th and with current temperatures one does not need heating, and the showers are not done so we can’t use any hot water yet.
Maybe we should get out the very large wine barrel that I disassembled and stacked away numbered and all last year. Make a proper Nordic outside bath event, invite the neighbours.
