The italian version of the famous swedish 'fredagsöl' is the long aperitiv, only it happens every day. You go to a bar and order a glass of whatever you like to drink and then you get a plate of appetizers or there is a little buffet where you can help yourself. And after that, at about nine, italians go to the restaurant to eat a three course meal. !!
Our friend Silvia just started at a new place in Ceva, Cafe, Bar, Bistro with the long aperitiv and we were invited to the opening yesterday. So in this case friday evening drinks and long aperitiv came together in one event.
